When you purchase digital audio files (e.g., MP3, WAV, FLAC), digital artwork, or videos from this Store, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for **personal, non-commercial use only**.

3. PRE-ORDER TERMS & MANUFACTURING DELAYS
We frequently offer pre-orders for upcoming album releases, limited-edition vinyl, and exclusive capsule drops.
Immediate Billing: Payment for pre-ordered items is collected immediately at checkout to secure your manufacturing slot.
Production Schedules: Shipping windows provided on pre-order items are estimations. Physical music manufacturing (especially vinyl pressing) is subject to industry-wide production delays. By purchasing, you acknowledge that delivery schedules may change. We will notify you via email of significant delays.
4. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email provided at the time the order was made.
